🏆 FileMaker選手権2025 受賞をきっかけに誕生
本アプリの原点は、FileMaker選手権2025にて「Too賞」を受賞した作品です。そのコンセプトをベースに、Webアプリとして新たに開発されました。
受賞作品ページを見る »このアプリはiPhone/iPad上の「Claris FileMaker Go」アプリ内で動作します。まだお持ちでない方は、App Storeから無料でインストールしてください。
App Storeで入手※FileMaker Go 19以降推奨
下のボタンを押すとGoogle Driveが開きます。画面内のダウンロードアイコン（↓）をタップし、確認メッセージが表示されたら「ダウンロード」を選択してください。
カスタムAppをダウンロードブラウザのダウンロードリスト、または「ファイル」アプリ内の「ダウンロード」フォルダから、保存したファイルをタップします。通常は自動的にFileMaker Goが起動します。
※もしファイルが開かずプレビュー画面になった場合は、画面上の共有アイコン（四角から上矢印が出ているマーク）をタップし、アプリ一覧から「FileMaker Go」を選択してください。

A Google account login is required for AI photo analysis and haiku generation. This identifies you and links your saved works to your account so you can manage and edit them. You can browse public haiku without logging in.
To get started, select "Log in to create haiku" from the menu.
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、FLP（以下「運営者」といいます。）が提供するサービス「いまここ俳句」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆さま（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）には、本規約に従って、本サービスをご利用いただきます。
本サービスは、Googleアカウントを使用してログインすることで利用できます。ユーザーは、自己の責任においてアカウントを管理するものとします。
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
ユーザーが本サービスを利用して投稿した俳句および画像の著作権は、当該ユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは、運営者に対し、本サービスの運営、宣伝、改良等のために、当該投稿コンテンツを無償かつ非独占的に利用（複製、上映、公衆送信、展示、頒布、譲渡、貸与、翻訳、翻案等）する権利を許諾するものとします。
運営者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
運営者は、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
運営者は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the usage conditions for the service "Imakoko Haiku" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by FLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to these Terms by using the Service.
Users can access the Service by logging in with a Google account. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts securely.
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
The copyright of haikus and images posted by Users belongs to the User. However, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use said content (including reproduction, public transmission, distribution, translation, etc.) for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service.
The Operator does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (including safety, reliability, accuracy, integrity, security flaws, errors, or bugs). The Operator is not liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service.
The Operator may change or discontinue the Service without notice and is not liable for any damages caused to the User.
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
